Analysis mode, provider state, and an honest list of what this proof of concept does not establish.

Analysis mode

Mock mode runs the whole workflow with no key and no network

Mock
Active mode
mock
Prompt version
p1-2026-07
Maximum provider calls
2 per scene

Switching modes arrives with the provider in Phases 4 and 5. Mock stays the default, and it is the fallback for any live demonstration.

External provider

Configured through environment variables, never in the browser

Not configured
Provider
NVIDIA (integrate.api.nvidia.com)
Model
cosmos-reason2-8b
API key
Not set

The key is read server-side only. It is never shown here, never sent to the browser, and never written to a log. When an external provider is enabled, the interface says so before a clip leaves the machine.

Storage

Metadata and video

Database
Not connected in this phase
Object storage

Available once there is something to delete. Deletion is logged without keeping the deleted media.

What this proof of concept does not establish

Read this before quoting anything from a demo

  • Staged footage only, recorded with consenting adult actors.
  • Nothing here establishes accuracy, loss reduction, legality, or production readiness.
  • The system describes visible actions. It never determines intent, guilt, or identity.
  • It correlates time windows and zones between two views. It never follows a person across cameras.
  • No audio is requested, stored, or processed.
  • Every result requires a human decision before it means anything.
